준비물:
200g크림 혹은 500g
1000L 우유
레몬 혹은 식초
소금(넣어도 되고 안넣어도 됨)

cream 200g (or 500g *up to you)
milk 1000L
lemon juice(or vinegar)
salt(optional)
a strainer
a cheese cloth
크림은 마트가면 파는 이 아이를 데려다가
두개를 넣으면(400g) 더 맛이 풍부(느끼)해 질 거에요.
전 오늘은 한 개만(200g) 넣을꺼에욤
I use only 200g of cream
준비한 크림과 우유를 다 넣고 중불로 끓일꺼에요
cream + milk --> bring to boil
끓기 전에 준비할 것이 몇 개 있어욤
Mean while, let's prepare few things
레몬 혹은 식초 8수저
+
소금 원하는 만큼(전 소금은 안쓴답니다)
get 8 spoons of lemon juice(or vinegar) ready

salt
(if you are making this for your baby or dog,
you might not want to put salt in)
체를 받칠 그릇
a bowl to hold the sift
그릇에 체를 올려 놓고
put the strainer
면보를 그 위에 잘 올려놉니당
now put the cheese cloth on it
우유+크림이 끓기 시작하면 바로
준비한 레몬즙(식초) + 소금을 넣고
한 번만 저어줍니다.
now as soon as the milk+cream starts to boil
put the lemon juice(or vinegar)+salt mix
and stir only once
40분에서 1시간동안 끓여주세요
boil it for 40 minutes to 1 hour
아까 준비한 체 위에 있는 면보에 부어주세요
pour pour pour
무거운거 올려서 밤 새 놔두면 유청이 면보와 체를 통과해 그릇으로 쏙 빠져욤
그럼 그걸로 세수함
아..그리고...
난 무거운게 없어서 무를 올림 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

the radish lol wasn't a very good idea
it wasn't heavy enough that the cheese turned out to be very..watery
아침이 되면 냉장고로~~!
move it to the fridge in the morning
