Subway date in Seoul, Korea (June 8~9, 2013) Itaewon

Because my house and work are located on the Green line

I usually travel on line #2

but today, to celebrate our 1 year anniversary

we are going to explore many different places in Seoul by subway.

We are going to Itaewon for Breakfast & Lunch

We're here!

Exit 2

BUT...the kebab place we wanted to go was closed

we walked around a bit to find another place to eat

and here we are!

and then we went to the book store "what the book"

you can get English books here, new and used.

they also swap books too.

Google what the book for location.

It was nearly 12 pm and we still hadn't had our coffee yet.

and... this is what happens...

got some beers that we couldn't find anywhere else

and then went for African lunch.

It was super yummy !!! 

finally some coffee ♡

hop on the subway, this time to Dongmyo!

no transfer this time.

We are gonna go to the whole sale markets for toy.

also I heard there's a pet street. whatever that is... we will find out.

you can get off at Dongmyo line 6 exit 6 or Dongdaemoon line 1 exit 4.

we are getting off at Dongmyo because we were already on line 6.

It is a horrible thing to do.

Now we are off to Anguk st. to see some traditional Korean houses, Han ok.

If you walk a little further,

you'll find an Information center for directions to the Traditional Korean Village

on the way

Now our last stop, Hongik Univ.

 

This is where we are gonna go

one of the cat cafes in Hongdae(Hongik univ.)

This is where you come and play with cats!

(There are dogs cafe too)

There are few rules here though.

You can feed them and pet them if they allow you to :)

but if they're sleeping, you shouldn't bother them.

You are not allowed to pick them up either.

Now it's time to go home for dinner
